- All the certificates the prove blood relationship or Marriage ( KOSEKI TOHON, Birth certificate, Marriage Certificate.)
- Certificate of Employment
- Certificate of Tax Payment [NOZEI SYOMEISYO](a part of last 3 years , in city office)
- Certificate of Taxation[KAZEI SYOMEISYO](a part of last 3 years , in city office)
- Residence certificate [JYUMINHYO(SETAI ZEIINN NO ZENBUJIKOU SYOMEISYO]
- a Letter of personal reference guarantee by the person who is Japanese or Permanent holder.
- and the Guarantor's Residence certificate, ID card copy, Certificate of TAX[KAZEI and NOZEI SYOMEISYO],and then Certificate of Employment.
