※Important points

If you applicant is in aboard or intend to change status to Investor in Japan , it's too difficult situation for employed them at least 2 full-time employees realistically, So the Immigration Rule and outline provided that in that case the applicant has invested more than 5 million yen in his/her own company, the two employees will be not required.
That's why the Invest of the more than 5 million yen will be regarded that the companies can business with stability.

Incidentally, if you are in abroad and don't have a bank account in Japan, there is a matter of the bank transfer of your invest to Japan.

Before the application, you are already required the facilities to business, it means that have set the office, Established corporation, and Business planning details.

Now, before application, if you would like to obtain the Certificate of Eligibility (C.O.E) of Invest/Business Manager visa, and to gain the Visa at Japanese Embassy in your coutry, you will need your guarantor who is living in Japan, who has bank account and reliable and can be your manager in your corporation's commercial register even you are in abroad, but it's must that you will be representative manager in your corporation's commercial register.

So in principle,

1. Formulation of business plan.
2. Set the Office.(Ex:Rental etc)
3. Setting up the corporation.(As representative manager, more than 5 million yen invest(capital))
4. Report of Business starting at the Notional Tax Agency.
