Written oath for naturalization
Certificate of nationality
Passport or travel certificate copy
Immigration history for the last 1 to 3 years.

The entry/departure history from November 1, 1970 to the present will be disclosed by Immigration office (Ministry of Justice).
(For example,It is a history of re-entry after departure Japan from Narita International Airport or Kansai International Airport and so on.)
